The Candy Help Desk Consultant will be responsible and accountable on the following:
- Maintaining a professional and satisfied relationship with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving their problems and requests via telephone or email.
- Educating the clients on the system via telephone or email.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Fulltime telephonic, on-line and email support on Candy Project Control Software
- Update Video-Notes, Tech-notes and Course notes to successfully present information for internal & external use when required
- English reading, spoken and written proficiency
- Good communication and writing skills
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Candy
- Post graduate qualification relating to construction
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in the construction industry
- Any IT knowledge will be an advantage
- Any BuildSmart Knowledge will be an advantage
- Support Manager
