Candy Help Desk Consultant – Centurion, South Africa

JOB PURPOSE:

The Candy Help Desk Consultant will be responsible and accountable on the following:

  • Maintaining a professional and satisfied relationship with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving their problems and requests via telephone or email.
  • Educating the clients on the system via telephone or email.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Fulltime telephonic, on-line and email support on Candy Project Control Software
  • Update Video-Notes, Tech-notes and Course notes to successfully present information for internal & external use when required

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

  • English reading, spoken and written proficiency
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Candy
  • Post graduate qualification relating to construction
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in the construction industry
  • Any IT knowledge will be an advantage
  • Any BuildSmart Knowledge will be an advantage
