CCS joins EOH group

We are pleased to announce that CCS has accepted an offer from EOH Holdings Ltd for the acquisition of CCS with effect from 1st August 2014. See the formal announcement here.

CCS has been a privately-run business for 30 years and it is time for us to get exposure to bigger things. EOH is listed on the JSE and has been one of the best performing IT related companies in recent years, and is well respected in financial circles. It is the largest provider of enterprise applications, technology, outsourcing, cloud and managed services in South Africa and has extensive knowledge and experience of trading these products in South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the United Kingdom.

We believe that EOH will complement our current distribution network very well and will enable us to grow exponentially in new markets. Having access to their expertise in other fields will allow us to integrate better with other industry products.

The EOH policy is to retain the company structure and operations exactly as before, so, to you our clients, nothing will change. The products will be unchanged except for normal development, just as before. The existing management team will continue to be the driving force behind our products and services.
