Construction Computer Software (Pty) Ltd Joins EOH

We are pleased to announce that CCS has accepted an offer from EOH Holdings Limited for the acquisition of Construction Computer Software (Pty) Ltd and that CCS is now a member of the EOH Group of Companies.

EOH is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and is one of its best performing IT companies. They are the largest provider of enterprise applications, technology, outsourcing, cloud and managed services in the country and operate in South Africa, the rest of Africa and the United Kingdom.

The management team of CCS is unchanged and the company will continue to trade as it always has. We are very positive about this acquisition and believe that by joining the EOH Group with its enormous pool of technology resources we will be able to extend our range of services.
