4Projects is all about giving project teams and organisations the collaborative tools they need – when they need them!

We operate a Software as a Service (SaaS) model which means that we only have one version of 4Projects to maintain, develop and support and that helps us to keep our costs down – so that we can provide a low cost service to our clients.

Because we are a pure SaaS solution there is no need for you to buy any expensive IT infrastructure or pay for complicated implementations and roll outs… All you need is a web browser and off you go!

We think it’s pretty much impossible for anyone to accurately predict how many users they need to collaborate with or how much data they may need to share on their next project or programme.  Putting limits on users or data is nuts in our view as it forces project teams to hold back from using the solution as much as they actually need to.
