• Retrieve project mail through 4Outlook an addin on Microsoft Outlook.
• Track progress of tasks and discussions through Outlook.
• Rely on a complete audit trail, since nothing is deleted.

Informal Discussions

4Projects discussion forums help users work alongside email – but removes these problems whilst adding other significant benefits.

Discussions can be created on MS Outlook or in 4Projects and linked to any document or form in the system providing a cradle to grave solution.

Task Manager

4Projects email and mobile device integration helping remove traditional barriers for adoption. RFI’s or Site Instructions can be generated directly from email, for example from blackberry and smartphone devices. Recipients of RFI’s can also reply via email and 4Projects automatically updates the central record online
