‘One version of the truth’. Its critical that everyone on a project is working form the very latest version of any item. 4Projects revision control ensures that the very latest version is available but also previous versions can be accessed if required.

Every action in 4Projects is recorded.  It’s easy to see exactly who has ……or has not done something.  You can view exactly what has happened to a specific item or what a specific user has been doing

Email Integration

 Live Revise

Revising items offline and then putting them back into 4Projects was a process that our clients asked us to make easier……and we have.

4Projects users can make changes and create new revisions to any Microsoft Office items from within 4Projects. No need to download, change and re-upload – just make the changes “live” in 4Projects.

Geoview

4Projects Geoview lets you link your projects or assets to a web-based mapping system. It is easy to visualise your project portfolio on a map and display key asset information

Templating

Our templating solution means that you can easily share best practice and ensure a consistent approach across your projects.  You can create as many templates as you need to match your requirements.

Don’t worry -If you don’t like the idea of the flexible approach and would prefer us to guide you thats no problem – you can use our templates.  We have done thousands of projects and we have a good idea where to start
