Automatic Posting

All postings to and from the Cost Ledger are handled automatically by the system.  The cost ledger is balanced with each posting.  The ledger structure is user-definable and the control codes are set up to handle any transaction type.  The system caters for any organisational or joint venture structure, and provides for the addition of division, project, contract and activity costing.  User access is set up by organisation, and individual users receive role based access rights.

Menus

The order of menu items may be adjusted, and users will only see the menu items that are required for the role they perform.   This means that for most users the system is clear and easy to use.  The role each individual plays in the overall workflow is managed by the system structure.

Reporting is quick and efficient with Crystal Reports©, and includes a large number of standard reports, and a structure for the creation of custom reports.   These user-defined reports provide nearly unlimited flexibility.   As a web based system, access can be from any location with an internet connection.
